200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program

Yoga Teacher Training is for anyone with a willingness to embark on an unforgettable journey. The path to becoming a Yoga Teacher is a sacred one and we feel honored to walk alongside you. This program is for any individual who wants to become a yoga teacher.

In this program you will gain skills that will enable you to lead yoga classes + workshops, deliver yourself confidently, and stand powerfully in your truth. If you want to teach yoga, step into leadership, and generate change in your life, then this program is for YOU!

Our yoga teacher training program is like no other! Jam packed with goodness like hands-on assisting, anatomy and physiology, yogic philosophy, and personal inquiry, we guarantee you will graduate with the ability to teach effective yoga classes, as well as, leadership skills that will enhance every aspect of your life.

$3,500 - RYT Certification Path

$3,000 - Non-RYT Certification Path  Payment plans available. 

Training MUST be paid in full by start date.  MyCAA accepted.

Application Fee: 

$300 (applied towards tuition)

This program will be held over the course of 16 weeks at Stillness Academy in Beaufort, SC.

Our typical training schedule looks like: 

Saturday 9AM-6PM (1 breaks and 1 lunch break) 

Sunday 10AM-4PM (1 lunch break)

Plus, you will have access to weekly and bi-weekly group calls and practice teaching sessions!

A $300 deposit is required with your application. If you are admitted into the program, the deposit is non-refundable. If you are not admitted into the program, your deposit will be returned minus a 10% application processing fee.

RYT Certification Path: We are a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School!

MPowered Stillness School of Yoga is a Registered School with Yoga Alliance at the 200 level. We have been leading and offering powerful yoga teacher training programs since 2019. Upon successful completion of our program, students who have chosen the designated RYT Certification Path are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance, the largest nonprofit association representing the yoga community.

Non-RYT Certification The Non-RYT Certification Path is offered for the student seeking to deepen their own yoga practice, but not necessarily wanting to teach or commit to Yoga Alliance standards. Students on this path have access to the same content, but there is no homework, homework feedback, practicum, or certificate.

Attendance Policy MPowered Stillness School of Yoga has a strict attendance policy and attendance is required to be eligible for graduation. For any missed training hours, students must schedule private training, at a rate of $125/hour outside of our scheduled program, to make up missed content. Students must be proactive and contact the program director before any missed training session.  In the event that a student misses training sessions and cannot meet requirements to make up sessions, the student will be invited to participate in the next offering of the program.

MyCAA Tuition Assistance MPowered Stillness School of Yoga is recognized as a Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts Program (MyCAA) school and participants may be eligible for up to $4000 in tuition support through the MyCAA program. Offered solely to Active Duty Military Spouses, MyCAA, a component of the Department of Defense’s (DoD) Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) program, is a career development and employment assistance program.  Click here to get started.
