About the Event
Take your movement practice to the next level! Come learn the basics of hands-on assisting in this two-day immersion.
If you're someone who wants to deepen your movement practice or just get more in touch with your own body, then this workshop is for you. Through partnerwork, we will spend time learning how to provide basic hands-on assists, how to integrate and align the body, and how to provide modifications for common yoga poses and movement patterns.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 9 11 AM - 4 PM
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 10 11 AM - 3 PM
*We will break for 30 min each day and you're welcome to take breaks as needed throughout the course.
This workshop is designed for humans of all levels. Open to ages 15+.
8 CEU's provided for all YA registered Yoga Instructors.
